HP Application Control and Management System (ACMS) for OpenVMS is a transaction processing (TP) monitor specifically designed for the HP OpenVMS operating system. ACMS works with HP commercial
application software products to provide users with a complete and customizable development and run-time environment for transaction processing applications. ACMS is used today for order tracking,
accounting, billing, banking, and manufacturing control processes. ACMS is for businesses requiring high performance, availability, security and data integrity in both centralized and distributed
transaction processing environments. ACMS is now available on the Q4 FY2007 OpenVMS Software Product Library. The following products make up the HP Application Control and Management System for
OpenVMS (ACMS).

The TP Desktop Connector enables desktop-system users to access the Application Control and Management System (ACMS) from the desktop environment. As of March 20, 2006, the TP Desktop Connector is
part of ACMS and can no longer be ordered separately. Technical support will be provided with a customer's ACMS software support contract. ACMS customers can download the TP Desktop Connector from
the download page.

The HP TP Web Connector is software that web enables business applications running on ACMS transaction processing (TP) systems. Technical support is provided with a customer's ACMS software support
