The Secure Web Browser is based on the Mozilla open-source project started
in 1998 by Netscape Communications Corporation.
The Mozilla Web Browser is designed for standards
compliance, performance and portability. Mozilla
is the code base used for Netscape 7. More information
on Mozilla can be found at www.mozilla.org.
SWB is licensed as part of the OpenVMS operating system
license and provides a full-featured, customizable browser with integrated
web-browsing and security; HTML document creation and editing; clients
for mail and news; and an available IRC (Internet Relay Chat).
SWB includes support for the following features:
