Download NetBeans Version 3.6 for OpenVMS Alpha 7.3-1 or higher, or OpenVMS I64 8.2 or higher.

The Installation Guide and Release Notes files are included
in the NetBeans for OpenVMS kit in the following formats: text, HTML,
PostScript™, and PDF. You can view these now
from the Documentation
page or after extracting the filew from the kit. File names are:
NETBEANS36_INSTALLATION_GUIDE_OPENVMS.PS|PDF|HTML
NETBEANS36_RELEASE_NOTES_OPENVMS.PS|PDF|HTML
The NetBeans IDE includes a context-sensitive JavaHelp
system for assistance in using the application.
Download the kit
This kit contains the same binaries as the NetBeans-release36-OpenVMS*.exe
kit available from NetBeans.org.
