Please call Flight Line at least 24 hours in advance to secure shuttle services from Boston's Logan or Manchester Airport.

Cash and travelers checks are accepted methods of payment. Flight Line accepts prepayment by certain credit cards over the phone at the time of reservation or via the web. Gratuities are not included in the rate.

• A signed non disclosure will be required for all participants
• Please make sure you visit the web site http://www.hp.com/go/openvms/bootcamp on a regular basis for any additional information.
• You are responsible for your own travel and lodging needs.
• Registration is limited to 200 people
• Cost is $1,495
• Breakfast, morning break, lunch and afternoon break are included. Also on Tuesday and Wednesday dinner will be served.
• If you need a letter of invitation for a visa please let us know as soon as possible. (very few countries require this)

• You will need to bring a laptop. We do not distribute presentations on paper (its bad for the environment and folks leave the binders in their hotel rooms when they leave. Please ensure you have the latest virus protection software installed on your laptop. Please note: We do not provide on site technical pc support.
• Dress is casual (blue jeans are fine), please wear comfortable clothing these will be long days.
• The best airport to fly into for domestic travel is Manchester, NH
• The best airport to fly into for international is Boston, MA
• Partners Roundhouse on Tuesday - a number of different partners showing you what they do and what applications they have (not a tradeshow). This is very informative.
• Room rate at the Sheraton is $110 per night and includes internet access from your room (previous charge was $10 per day)

If you prefer to call the hotel, please call 888-627-7183 (US and Canada) or 603-579-3248 for reservations. If you make your reservations over the phone, please be sure to let them know you are with the OpenVMS Bootcamp group so that you will be put into the correct block of rooms.

The cut-off date for reservations is April 30th. After this date the hotel cannot guarantee you a room or the $110 rate.
