DECnet and NCP image installation?

The Question is:

 
Hi,
 
Before we have moved to ovms7.1 with decnet IV (from 6.2 decnet IV)   ncp.exe
 image was automatically installed with enhanced privileges. Now it is not.
 What may be the cause ?

The Answer is :

 
  Interesting.
 
  This installation is normally handled via the file:
 
    SYS$SPECIFIC:[SYSMGR]VMSIMAGES.DAT
 
  as created by AUTOGEN.
 
  Has the system had AUTOGEN run and a reboot since DECnet Phase IV
  was installed on the system?
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for assistance.
