SMTP server process hang?

The Question is:

 
I'm running a Alpha2100 4/200 6.2-1H3 OpenVMS,
UCX 4.2 - ECO 3. I have several smtp mail processes that hang after the system
 has been up for a while... Mail_xxxx when you do a show sys /net command. The
 processes are all running mail_server.exe. Little I/O, a few seconds of CPU
 time each. LEF state,
what are the in local event flag wait for???? I have upgraded UCX from 4.1 for
 Y2K, this also did not help the problem.

The Answer is :

 
  Having various server processes around can be entirely normal.
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, as more
