LAT and Bridging, Routing, Tunneling?

The Question is:

 
We currently have a client who uses Novell LAT to IPX gateways who is moving to
 TCP/IP. How can we encapsulate LAT in IP?

The Answer is :

 
  You don't.
 
  LAT can be bridged, but the OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of
  a LAT router or a LAT tunnel.
