Using TCP/IP to print to PC printer?

The Question is:

 
I am trying to print to a printer connected to a Win95 machine through its
 parallel port.  I'm using Minisoft v5.2 terminal emulation which supports pass
 thru printing. I am connecting to Openvms using tcpip. I would like to know
 what I need to set up on
my Alpha?
