The Question is:

 
Before we Upgrade to VMS 7.3, does it support cluster communications accros the
 Fibre channel storage system connections?

The Answer is :

 
  No.  There is no support for networking over nor for SCS host-to-host
  cluster communications over Fibre Channel available in the OpenVMS
