Configure HP LaserJet Printer?

The Question is:

 
I'm trying to find out how to set up a HP4100TN laser jet printer on the alpha
 - i have this printer on the network (alpha ran server) and it is accessible
 via PC's running NT. How do i configure the Alpha to allow me to see this
 printer? we run pathworks
 (not decnet)what is the sequence of setup commands?
