TDMS and ISO-8859 characters?

The Question is:

 
Is there any method to "inform" VMS that I want to use ISO-8859-2 standard
 characters.
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is unaware of any mechanisms that might provide
  this capability within TDMS product, nor any particular plans to
  enhance TDMS itself.  That said, a TDMS services offering is available
  for those wishing TDMS on OpenVMS Alpha.
