connect to network object rejected?

The Question is:

 
Why is this error appearing on the console terminal? It appears repeatedly
 every 3 seconds.
First I've tried tyo print a small sample file with the same command and it was
 o.k.
Then when I tried later to print again this error appeared.
Please help.

The Answer is :

 
  Your printer is rejecting the connection.
