The Answer is :
The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of an inclusive list of errors. Even
if such a list were available, the OpenVMS Wizard would not consider
its use here, prefering to use the $severity and $status values to
differentiate the errors requiring specific processing from those
that should receive more generic processing.
