Obtaining ECO Kit Ratings?

Where can I find a list of ECOs for this version of VMS, and a ranking of their
 importance (e.g. mandatory, "if you have the problem described", etc.)?

  From the OpenVMS FAQ, of course -- please look through and access
  the URLs that are in the FAQ section on obtaining ECO kits.
 
  Alternatively, visit the http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/james/CPQhome.do support database,
  and enter a question such as the following:
 
  "which eco kits are incorporated and which need to be installed?"
 
  You will find articles such as:
 
  "[OpenVMS] Which ECOs Are Incorporated in Alpha V7.2-1/ Need to Install"
