The Question is:
Where can I find the Alpha VMS721 patches? I find the checksum, coverletter,
and readme files for these patches at
ftp.support.compaq.com/patches/public/vms/axp but find no .exe patches. Have
they been moved?

The Answer is :
The OpenVMS Wizard is unable to duplicate the problem; the directories
appear to have the expected contents, including the compressed-format
PCSI installation kits for the ECO kits.
The OpenVMS Wizard has specifically checked for the ECO kits located
in the OpenVMS ECO kit are for OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1, as referenced in
the OpenVMS FAQ.
The OpenVMS Wizard will assume a transient condition at the website,
or other problem since resolved.
