Microsoft Windows and DECnet Network?

The Question is:

 
We are currently using DECnet File transfer utility for transfering files.  The
 pc that we are using it on is a 95 and we would like to update it, but cannot
 find the DECnet File Transfer Utility that is compatible with either Windows
 2000 or XP.  Do you
know where we might find this?

  The PATHWORKS 32 client package for Microsoft Windows offers DECnet
  support, and current versions are  available for Windows 2000 and
